We Began in 2019
We started working together in 2019 when their account had been banned on Amazon after the transition from Vendor Central to Seller Central.
Trademark Hurdle
The next hurdle was that their trademark was mixed up in the Amazon system and our account was not recognized as the brand owner. We battled with this for over a year and assisted them in securing a second trademark and over time regained control over our IP.
Focusing on Growth
After getting that cleared up, we worked to grow the account through times when the global copper supply was anything but steady. Copper was in high demand in late 2020 as construction demand increased and supply chains were strained.
Steady Improvement
Even through these struggles, we remained steady and focused our efforts on our highest selling products and our reputation grew as customers discovered the excellence in each handmade piece. With each passing month, sales increased and the products began flying out of the Fulfillment Center shelves.
Competitors Arise
Sertodo has created some competition over the years, after others saw our growth online. These brands started using our photos, copy, and all similar assets in new listings/sites across the internet. We’ve worked through battling counterfeit sellers and explored legal options and more. Through it all we focused on doing what we do best - selling the highest quality copper kitchenware on the market and let the product speak for itself.
Sustaining Success
Sustained success with copper products has led to a new line of stainless-steel kitchenware as we look to expand into other customer bases.
