We started by cleaning up their listings, creating variations, helping set up their internal processes for FBA fulfillment, and getting their trademark registered with Amazon Brand Registry.

The next hurdle was their review count was low. We implemented a feedback request application and implemented an insert card to generate reviews. Our seller review count went from 2 reviews and below 3 stars to 20 reviews with 4.25 Stars.

A big issue with many sellers is that their products are being acquired by 3rd-Party sellers at some point in their supply chain, being sold for under MAP pricing and undercutting the product owner. Lolas was no different, there were 15+ 3rd third-party sellers dragging down our Buy Box Percentage and affecting sales. We pursued the 3rd Parties and slowly but surely increased Buy Box percentage over time to 90%+ on our top-selling items.

We were approved to start running ads on Amazon, and given a modest budget for testing. In approximately 6 months of testing, we were consistently getting 2:1 ROAs in a particularly competitive space and continued to refine our strategy to increase ROAs over time.
